Who I Am

I am Claudio Adams—father, grandfather, and professional with 50 years of experience in strategic planning, higher education, and consulting in Latin America and the United States.

My career includes roles such as Dean of Economic Sciences, Director of SME support centers, and international consultant in areas of planning, project management, and business development. I have also worked with entities funded by organizations such as the IDB, USAID, and the European Union.

Today, I am in a stage of digital reinvention (Abuelo Reinventado), exploring new ways to help people and organizations adapt to technological change. This stage does not replace my previous experience—it complements it. After decades of work, I now integrate that experience with new digital tools to continue adding value and helping others adjust to the transformations of our time.

As an evangelical Christian, I firmly believe that every experience and every talent is an opportunity to serve, inspire, and leave a legacy.
